We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

You will receive tracking information once your new jewellery has been shipped.

We offer free returns for UK orders only. At this time we are not able to offer free returns for International orders.

We hope you will love your order, however if something is not right, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order for UK addresses. All sales will be final after 14 days of purchase.

For returns or exchanges of your order please follow these steps:

1. Email info@kiaash.co.uk and quote ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt and someone from our team will get in touch to assist you.
2. Goods should be returned unused and packaged as per the original order with all the original inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so can result in refunds/exchanges being refused.
3. Once a return is received it will be processed within 7 days, although depending on your payment method it may take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded into your account. We will only make the refund the same way as payment was originally taken. If you would prefer store credit as opposed to a refund, please let us know.
