Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we prepare your order immediately. Please email info@kiaash.co.uk with any amendment or cancellation requests. We will respond to confirm if we are able to successfully process your request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Jewellery
What precious materials do you use?
We use 14ct solid recycled gold in all our jewellery pieces. Solid gold does not tarnish and is more durable and therefore perfect for daily wear. Our pieces are made to last forever and can be worn from day to night, without any worry for scratches and scuffs. We work with recycled gold to reduce our environmental impact.
What gemstones do you use?
We use a variety of different natural gemstones from precious to semi-precious. We only use ethically sourced gemstones and Kimberley-certified diamonds in all our jewellery pieces. We are always looking to work with only those miners that give back to their local communities for positive Social Impact, an example being a women-led mine for our Aquamarine gemstones.
Do you provide a bespoke jewellery service?
Yes, we are able to craft beautiful custom designed jewellery for you in 9, 14 or 18 carat gold. We can craft pieces in yellow, white or rose gold and in platinum.

Jewellery Care
Does Kiaash jewellery come with a warranty?
Our two-year warranty covers all pieces sold in our collections for two years from the date of purchase under normal conditions of wear and tear. Within this time we offer free repairs and replacement for any faults occurring due to the manufacturing of the pieces. If you have experienced a defect with your jewellery, please contact us either via email at info@kiaash.co.uk or through our contact form. Please include proof of purchase in your email.
How do I care for my jewellery?
All our jewellery pieces are made to last forever and solid gold does not tarnish. However, they do benefit from being worn with care and being kept clean to keep it as beautiful as it was on day one. We have created a Jewellery Care Guide for you to help you.
